Abstracts

The flows of foreign periodicals acquired by the Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch, through various channels and funding sources are described. The paper shows that the process of information supply of scientists is not a simple replacement of print journals by access to electronic journals, as predicted, but it is based on the interaction of these two forms.
