The target of this work is Creation the regional scheme of ecological network when provide a sustainable use and conservation of biological diversity of region. The work based on the space images and the topology map. It is a new authorship methodology for planing region ecological networks –“Look from above”. The process of creation econet consist: define the rules of hierarchical organization of area; define linear structures and centers of diversity and homogeneous for all level; classification of the render and define “tips of habitat”. Result of work – scheme of continuing net of nature areas, deferent signify and protected status. This is work very important step for developed the new concept and a new methods for planing regional econet, as a necessary elements of sustainable region development.
