In taiga ecosystems of Western Siberia the basic objects of modeling are biogeocenosis submitted by the following classes of types: Siberian Fir (Abieta sibirica), Spruce Siberian (Piceeta sibirica), Siberian Stone Pine (Pineta sibirica), Pine ordinary of the Siberian (Pineta silvestris), Larch Siberian (Lariceta sibirica), Linden Siberian (Tilieta sibirica), Birch White (Betuleta pubescens), Birch Drooping (Betuleta verrucosae), Aspen (Tremuleta), Poplar Black (Populeta nigrae), Willow Common (Saliceta albae). Taiga biogeocenosis have spatial scales in a range 1 - 100 ha, and on a temporary scale cover daily, seasonal, weather and long-term dynamics (Гильманов, Честных, 1990).

Usually to number of external variable model carry the factors of weather, hydrology, external communications (connections) of geosystems and anthropogenous intervention. On our sight, to these factors it is necessary to add the characteristics of a relief, which adjust distribution of heat and moisture in geosystem, defining thus conditions district. For the task of the characteristics of a relief now have developed favorable possibility, connected with remote methods of sounding (for example, RADARSAT, ERS, COMET), and also with digital modeling of a relief (SURFER, ERDAS, ArcView 3D Analyst).

It is necessary to connect the decision of a problem by maintenance by the meteorological information, apparently, with development meso-scale models of weather, and technology "Nowcasting" (Browning, 1982).

The major characteristics phytocenoses are: specific and spatial structure of planting determining a main plants, accompanying kinds, their age and relative spatial accommodation. For the description of structure of planting it is possible to use forest inventory data, in particular: the formulas of the basic trees and young trees, shrubage, age, height, completeness and fertility. Now in wood branch is translated processings forest inventory of the information on modern GIS-TECHNOLOGIES, that substantially simplifies procedures of mastering of this information in the circuits of numerical modeling biogeocenosis. On our sight, without the special damage at modeling taiga biogeocenosis it is possible to lean inventory areas, which under the characteristics are rather close to the requirements biogeocenosis.

The landscape analysis is necessary for the decision of a question on external connections of geosystems.
