We carry out researches of association of DNA polymorphic loci of genes for apo-lipoprotein B (Apo B), apolipoprotein E (Apo E), lipoprotein lipase (LPL), low-density-lipoprotein receptor (LDLR), cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP), paraoxonase (PON), an-giotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensinogen (AGT), rennin (REN), chymase (CMA), angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1R), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), glutathione-S-transferase (GSTM1) with ischemic illness of heart and essential hypertension. The associations of DNA polymorphic loci of genes for Apo B, Apo E, ACE, LPL, eNOS with myocardial in-farction, DNA polymorphic loci of genes for Apo B, LDLR, ACE, AGT, REN, eNOS, GSTM1 with essential hypertension are detected.

In several populations of the Volga-Ural Region (VUR) inherings to Finno-Ugric (Komis, Maris, Mordovovians, Udmurts) branch of the Uralic linguistic family, to Turkic (Chu-vashes, Tatars, Bashkirs) branch of the Altaic linguistic family and to eastern Slavs (Russian), are obtained ratings of allele and genotype frequencies of DNA polymorphic loci of genes for Apo B, Apo E, ACE, eNOS. Is established, that heterogeneity of populations of VUR on the studied DNA-markers is observed. The comparative analysis of results of research with engaging of the literary data about polymorphic systems distribution parameters in separate populations of a world is fulfilled. The results of research supplement the genetic characteristic of the popula-tion of vast region. The population patterns of distribution of frequencies of alleles of the genes - candidates can be esteemed as predictors of risk of multifactorial diseases.
