In the report presented principles of building, architecture and main functional possibilities an intelligent system framework for automation of modeling and design accounts of complicated plants moving control systems. Distinctive particularity to organizations of this framework is a tight integration of methods and tools software engineering, engineering knowledges, proofful programming, plannings of calculations on the base of logical equations, visualizations of knowledges, organizations of disrtibuted calculations. This integration by means of one framework allows the specialists in the domain of motion control to accumulate in computer memory greater arrays of heterogeneous knowledges on subject area and effectively use these knowledges when deciding the practical problems.
