A great body of information including spatial, based on the materials of aerocosmic and surface macro- and microshooting is necessary to study biocenoses and other objects of the environment. The use of digital photogrammetric technologies for treating the images of different scales provides conjugated three-dimensional modeling of the objects studied. The photogrammetric approach has been realized in the form of the carefully developed technologies for studying natural objects of different scale level. Examples are given of three-dimensional models obtained from their digital stereoimages: the digital model of the relief for a piece of the Kuznetsky Alatau reserve, the models of the separate types of plants referred to definite elements of relief, seeds and pollen grains of separate plants.
