Nowadays the effective solving of simulation problems is impossible without using of multiprocessor systems (MS). The architecture of existent MS and parallel calculations methods don't provide the linear increasing of their performances with increasing of processor number. The alternative is a MS with structural procedural organization of calculations. The principal of structural procedural organization of calculations allows to design the modular build-up massively parallel systems, whose performance is closed to peak one in a various task classes solving. Such systems are effective tool for the solving of complex simulation tasks.
