Mathematical simulation of top crown forest fire spread

New statement and numerical solution of problem of top crown forest fire spread near the ride, direction of which coincides with wind's direction are under consideration.
It was found that there are three regimes of the crown forest fire spread depending on the ride's width. If the ride's width "d" is small the front structure and spread velocity are almost the same as in homogeneous tract of forest.
