About an estimation of time of safe operation of designs and constructions

The question on an opportunity of forecasting of long durability has the big practical value at creation and operation of new and perspective engineering (nuclear reactors, aircraft and space systems). It is important and at an estimation of remaining resource of time of safe operation and already existing objects of civil and industrial purpose. Any standard methods of forecasting till now do not exist. Academician N.N.Janenko in 1980-1990 years being the head of branch mechanics Siberian branch of the USSR Academy of sciences repeatedly put a question on development of the concept of forecasting before researchers, is especial in connection with become frequent then unexpected failures on gas mains and large industrial targets. This research is the certain response to this appeal. In the report on the basis of the entered concept about viability of constructional materials and the certain power reasons the approach of mathematical calculation of minimal time of allowable long operation is developed. The general approach is illustrated with examples of calculations for various constructive elements: cores, plates and shells in conditions long thermoforcing loading.
