Mathematical modelintg of heat-transfer in space vehicle instrument module

The improvement of modern communication systems is connected with growth of energy release of space vehicle-borne equipment. This paper is devoted to mathematical simulation of heat physics processes in space vehicle instrument module.

The mathematical model and numerical study results of three-dimensional temperature field are presented.
