Kochegurov V.A., Ofitserov V.V.

TPU (Tomsk)

The report represents the computing methods of simulation of dynamics of intensive electron beams. These methods are developed by pointed authors at department of applied mathematics of Tomsk polytechnic university. The statements of tasks of simulation of plasma-bunch systems connected to nonlinear dynamics of electron beams are reported. The description of numerical models developed on the basis of a non-stationary method of superparticles is given. Thus ideas of academician Yanenko N. N. and his scientific school are used: the method of fractional steps and the method of differential approximation for construction of the finite-difference circuits and research of there computing properties. The computing aspects of the numerical decision of the self-consistent nonlinear tasks connected to calculation of self fields of electron beams and account of their dynamics in view of these fields are considered. The result of application of dissipates difference circuits in superparticle models, allowing effectively overcoming in these models the “net noises” are reported. The questions of computing technology are also discussed: development of applied systems of simulation on the basis of modern software and methods of object designing.

Note. Abstracts are published in author's edition
