In many applied tasks there is a necessity of the description of a status of complex systems for a kind, convenient for further analysis. Thus if the characteristics (parameters) describing a status of system beforehand are known, the problem can consist or in a presence(finding) of dependences between these characteristics (drawing up of mathematical model of a status of system), or in a presence of convenient structure of their storage (drawing up of information model of a status of system). We put wider task, when the presence of the characteristics describing a status of system, also is a part of our task, and we offer a certain technology allowing somewhat to formalize process of research of considered(examined) complex system. The utility of development of such technology of the description of a status of complex systems, becomes even more obvious if to have to a kind, that further of a status will be carried out(spent) with use of modern computers and the information on a status of system owes is stored(kept) in bases and databanks. The offered technology TOFIP can be realized as the software independent of a subject domain and allowing to simulate a status, of allowing, systems by means, built - in in it,(her,) for an any subject domain.

In the report the theoretical bases of technology, integrity and устойчиость of a status, degree of definiteness of a status and other concepts are stated. The basic algorithms of the analysis and questions of designing of a TOFIP-tool are considered(examined). Communication of offered technology with storehouses of the data and OLAP-technology.
