A plane viscoelastic domain containing of a physically non-linear (for example, viscoelastoplastic) inclusion of common shape is considered. The problem of finding the loads acting to the external boundary of the domain and which would provide needed (in particularly uniform) stress-strain state into inclusion is solved. Some examples are considered, in particularly, ones of optimal deforming and rupture of inclusion at creep. The work was made by financial support by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, grants 99-01-00551, 00-15-96180.
