The method dealing with A.Poincare idea in using finite elements method and P-transformations method for solving flat and space of boundary value problems filtration in non-homogeneous medium in unlimited domain of complex configuration is ellaborated. Different finite conditions on region limits are considered. The problem is splited into recurrent succession of boundary problems in subregions of continuousity of filtration coeficient. Thus in the regions of canonic form the decision is realized in the form of P-transformations. The visible form of approcsimate solution permits selective computing in finding out in advance majority of euds. The process of solving the problem is "parallalized out". This method gradually influences the corresponding problems with free surface.
