The new techniques of information and communication: resource and pedagogical stake

Nowadays, integration of distributed information resources, processing of spatially distributed data, demand higher performance and more sophisticated means of communication. Therefore, it has become imperative for foundation, and for development of a country, to gain a competitive advantage. Over the past three decades, considerable studies have dealt with newspapers and with destination images; however, the literature on telecommunication technology is limited and the extent to which education can impact positively on formation reliability has been clearly identified. However, innovation (technological, scientific...) is more than a technological definition of progress in an actual language, it is a diversely received newness, therefore innovation is not only newness, nor a simple alteration. Our country holds a strong position amongst the dynamic users of NTICS in the world. There are many centers of telecommunication industries. We consider that NTICS are factors that help all those with successful mission (teachers, actors, businessmen etc...). Therefore, according to the aforesaid, modeling of complex physical phenomena is necessary. Hence, in our thesis, we attempt to explain what this notion (technological innovation) convalesces, and what it initiates in the course of economical development.
