At adaptation of human organism to ecological conditions of high latitudes a complex of the heliogeophysical factors is of great significance. Ecological physiology considers the heliogeophysical environment, influencing on spatially-temporary functional organization (Agadganyan N.A., 1989) and dynamic characteristics of adaptation, as a regulating and system-forming factor at human organism adaptation in ontogenesis (Trofimov A.V., 2001). It determines the urgency of development of the geoecological approach at diagnostics, prevention and treatment of arterial hypertension in conditions of the North using modern possibilities of monitoring both functional performances of cardiovascular system and complex of the heliogeophysical factors.

The purpose of the present research was to study some features of influence of the heliogeophysical factors during various periods of ontogenesis on a 24-hour blood pressure profile and functional condition of cardiovascular system at patients with arterial hypertension in the North in terms of clinical features of a current disease.

24-hour blood pressure monitoring and echocardiography, testing magnetic and hypogeomagnetic impacts were used. Current heliogeophysical monitoring and evaluation of the heliogeophysical environment during early ontogenesis of the examined patients, using the computer program «Helios», was conducted.

A complex diagnostic approach permitting to evaluate the dynamic features of functional responses of cardiovascular system on changes of heliogeophysical environment in natural and modeled conditions has been tested.

A group of the examined patients with arterial hypertension consisted of 450 persons, living in the circumpolar regions (the Tyumen area, Yakutia) and moderate latitudes (Novosibirsk).

It is shown, that an decreased amplitude of circadian rhythm of blood pressure, being combined with greater myocardium hypertrophy of the left ventricular and increased sensitivity of functional performances of cardiovascular system to geomagnetic fluctuations is typical for the patients with arterial hypertension, living in conditions of the North. At weakened geomagnetic induction the “non-dippers” patients had more manifested modification of blood pressure and increased correlative link of hemodynamic parameters with value of blood pressure daily index, clinico-laboratory parameters of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. In conditions of a weakened geomagnetic field (GMF) the patients with arterial hypertension had an increased degree of correlation link of stroke volume of the left ventricular with solar activity value. Based on the multifactor and correlative analyses, the influence of the heliogeophysical factors during prenatal ontogenesis of the examined patients on formation of functional systems for hemodynamices regulation is shown.

Thus, some hemodynamic mechanisms of coupling of cardiovascular system temporary organization with heliogeophysical variations, being mortgaged during early ontogenesis, are determined. A biorythmological role of GMF in formation of daily rhythms of cardiovascular system functional features, confirming a regulating role of the heliogeophysical factors in functional integration of a man organism in the northern ecosystems has been estimated.
