Within the framework of cybernetic biology problematics the new approach to a problem of alive systems adaptive behaviour (adaptation and evolution) modeling is offered on the basis of functioning of the hierarchical optimizational mechanism, is permanent tracing extremums of power character criterion functions on algorithms of adaptive random search.
