Increasing demands to quality of functioning of control systems require more adequate mathematical description. The application of intervals with known borders allows to take into account errors in specifying parameters of model. It corresponds to more real reflection of a process by model and also causes application of intensively developed recently interval mathematics.

In the paper the technique of investigating the asymptotic stability property of intervally specified systems with delay is offered on the basis of direct method of Lyapunov and methods of the interval analysis. The class of linear intervally specified systems with delay is considered in detail, for which sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability on a basis of concept of Lyapunov-Krasovsky functional and an estimate of attraction area with the use of scalar optimization functions of principle of Razumikhin are received.
