Equilibrium mathematical models of multistorey through (in the directions of length and width) constructions are offered with provision for the work of their panels (walls and covers) in bending and shearing simultaneously as well as joint junction integrity and joint compliance. The optimization problem of the stiffness characteristics of the panels according to the equal strength criterion is reduced to deciding a system of nonlinear algebraic equations with a block structure on the basis of the finite-difference relationships of the second approximation order with observance of the conditions of stability and weight minimization. An iterative process with the convergence modulus preset is applied for solving the system obtained.
