The problems of development application-specific program package are considered, the technique of account of durability of materials with non-uniform composite and multicomponent coverings at the complex stressed state based on criterion of durability and on a method of a boundary element for piecewise-homogeneous bodies in view of behaviour of interphase areas and residual voltage is offered. The application of regularization methods for maintenance of reception of the steady decision in tasks with thin coverings is described. With the purposes of maintenance of efficiency of the decisions of tasks of the applied mechanics the necessity of creation parallel algorithms for the decision of numerical tasks is shown and the realization of the given approach is shown at calculation of materials with coverings. The description of the constructed complex of the programs of automatic calculation of materials with coverings with an opportunity of parallel performance of calculation on the several workstations, connected by a network is given.
