Abstracts

In the modern scientometrics there are a lot of different special methods for the qualitative estimation of the scientific productivity. One of the most used and effective instruments to study scientific work is the complex of bibliometric methods based on the analysis of scientific publications.

Electronic publications plays an importance role in assignment of the operative and accessible information about the scientific results. But such problem as a discrepancy between quality and quantity are arisen. For this purpose the rational organization of information flow are so necessary.

To satisfy reader’s requirements by means of meta informed. We can use existence abstracts and bibliographical indexes of leading russian and regional information centers. Including data about electronic publications in different data bases allow to conduct information monitoring, to divine scientific conceptions and to define its subsequent development by augmentation of publication number, concentration and dispersion of information, appearance of new terms, new authors, keywords, etc. It’s help to cover more number of publications and citations, to over come restrictions of the “Science Citation Index” data base.
